Returned hair must be unused and in original condition. Lace must be uncut, and the hair must be unwashed, unbleached, uncolored, unaltered, and not worn. Items returned without authorization, final-sale items when applicable, customer-caused damage, or missing/lost products may not be refundable.
Use a shipping method with tracking for returns or exchanges. Refunds or exchanges are handled after the returned item is received and inspected.
How To Care It
Detangle gently before washing, starting from the ends and working upward with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb.
