Most orders are prepared within 3-5 working days after payment confirmation. In-stock styles may move faster, while weekend orders, holidays, payment review, or address issues can extend processing time.
Free shipping is available on orders over $60 according to the current store policy. Any shipping fee is shown at checkout before payment.
For the United States and Canada, the current policy estimates 2-6 business days in transit after dispatch. For other checkout-supported destinations, the final delivery estimate may vary by destination, carrier, and customs process, so please follow the checkout estimate and tracking updates.
Total delivery time equals processing time plus shipping time. Once your order ships, tracking is sent by email. Tracking numbers are usually active within 24 hours, but carrier updates can take 48-72 hours to refresh after the first scan.
If your package is delayed or tracking has not updated after the normal carrier window, contact YOSEEN HAIR support at yoseenhair@gmail.com.
Shopping Security
Checkout is processed through secure payment channels, and YOSEEN HAIR support is available before or after purchase for order questions.
If an order needs to be cancelled, contact support within one hour after purchase. Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has shipped.
Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receipt. Please email yoseenhair@gmail.com first and wait for authorization before sending any item back.
Returned hair must be unused and in original condition. Lace must be uncut, and the hair must be unwashed, unbleached, uncolored, unaltered, and not worn. Items returned without authorization, final-sale items when applicable, customer-caused damage, or missing/lost products may not be refundable.
Use a shipping method with tracking for returns or exchanges. Refunds or exchanges are handled after the returned item is received and inspected.
How To Care It
Detangle gently before washing, starting from the ends and working upward with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb.
Wash with lukewarm water and a mild, extension-safe or human-hair-friendly shampoo. Use downward strokes and avoid rubbing in circles, which can cause tangling or matting.
Apply conditioner evenly and let it sit for 10-15 minutes to help keep the hair soft, smooth, and moisturized. Rinse thoroughly, then gently blot with a towel.
Air dry whenever possible. If heat styling is needed, use a heat protectant and keep the temperature moderate to protect the hair texture and lace area.
Store your wig or hair extensions clean, dry, and loosely arranged to help preserve the texture, reduce shedding, and extend wear life.
